General Discussion.
OK, a catch-all for anything that doesn’t fit in the other categories.
One thing I want to mention up front is just how big a project this turned into – if you read the emails how it all got started, this was something akin to a couple of guys coming up with a crazy idea over a beer. That we saw it through – that it took weeks of prep, long days of testing, then months of crunching data and building the website, (not to mention something like $15,000 total expenses) – amazes me. I’m one for doing these sorts of crazy projects, but still . . . well, I hope others find it useful. Even if we only inspire others to do more research, or for those who have proprietary data about ammo performance to release it to the public, then we’ll have accomplished something of which we can be proud.

You gentlemen have done an amazing job. I’ve been looking for good muzzle velocity data for .40 S&W for a while, and yours is the most comprehensive I’ve found thus far. Thank you!
LAG – happy to be of service! Be sure to tell your friends!

Jim & friends ~
You guys did a great & very beneficial thing here. I’m sure I’m not the only defensive handgunner who is thrilled to have easy access to such well-done research. Thank you!

Kathy, thanks for the good words – coming from you, with all you have done to help promote safe gun use, that means a lot!
And the word is spreading – we had 60,000 hits just yesterday. Wow.
